What floor heating questions customers ask
Yes, we ship to all states and territories.
Shipping costs start at $25 and are built into your quote based on the size of your kit and shipping address.
We ship with Go Logistics or Direct Freight.
We accept direct deposit, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. We do not charge any credit card surcharges. We do not accept cash.
We do our best to quote the correct size products from floor plans but at times, when drawing your ‘Design Layout ‘, if another cable length fits better and we will change over.
This may result in a slightly higher or slightly lower price. Large variations will always be brought to your attention prior to processing.
Floor heating systems cannot be returned after installation. Thermostats can only be returned if unopened in still in the box.
DIY kits can be returned if uninstalled but a restocking fee of 15% plus a design fee will be charged as all DIY kits are supplied with a custom ‘Designed Layout’ our estimators draw as part of your kit.
